About Sevens

Sevens is a bakery in Buffalo, New York. It is listed at 225 Louisiana St, Buffalo, NY 14204, which places it among the local businesses of Buffalo that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7 am–4 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Buffalo is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Buffalo is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

First visit here. Ordered the Miso Eggplant Sandwich. So full of veggies and deliciousness!! So Unique and fluffy. Thoroughly enjoyed! Two sizes for my lovely Chai Latte. Thank goodness I ordered the large!! Super friendly employees. Welcoming atmosphere. And great music too. Sweet surprise? The back hall! A fantastic display of creativity in Buffalo. Bonus for sure. Can’t wait to go back!!

Had the best time, hanging with my neices. Love ❀️ them so dearly. One of them is vegan, so I'm visiting a restaurant that I normally would not. Let me tell you, the food was excellent, especially the lemon πŸ‹ pastry that I don't have a picture of. It was so good, I swallowed it! Prices aren't cheap, but they are reasonable. I had the watermelon rice bowl 🍚 and they both had the mushroom πŸ„ sandwich that they both agreed, was good. As I always say πŸ€” try something new. Take care folks ✌🏾

This place is my new favorite breakfast place! They have AMAZING food. Cafe atmosphere but with restaurant like service. They bring your food and drink to you, pack left overs away and bust tables. I think it may be all vegan or vegetarian. You wont miss the meat tho, trust. Coffee/drinks are 10/10

For breakfast at Sevens, I tried the breakfast burrito. It was excellent. It’s a tofu scramble, with sausage crumble and spinach, wrapped in a flour tortilla. It’s also served with house made nacho dipping sauce. The plant-based chorizo was spicy with a hint of sweetness. The tofu was soft and tasted of curry. The spinach in the burrito was a vibrant green, leafy firm and delicious. I feel foolish commenting on spinach, but it was conspicuous in the very best way, and made sort of a two-in one wrap with the flour tortilla for the yummy filling. The nacho cheese sauce was good but not essential. I also tried their summer banana split latte. I had it cold. My expectations were tempered because this kind of drink can often be too sweet or cloying. But I shouldn’t have worried, for the banana split latte, undergirded by a double espresso, had the perfect balance of sweet and bitter. I loved it. I did not indulge, but there are a lot of tempting sweets here.

Have been wanting to come to this women and queer owned cafe since I first read about it. My partner and I finally stopped in for coffees, an absolutely delicious vegan Caesar crunch salad, and a made in-house bagel. Everything was so good, for me the show stopper was the salad. My partner loved the bagel. We both enjoyed our afternoon coffee. The space is beautiful and cozy, it would be the perfect place to come and read or knock out some work. They have completely non-plastic to go cups which are unique looking and we loved the extra effort they put into sustainability. 10/10, will be back!
